Located on the Caribbean island of St. Maarten, this project consists of 81 apartments overlooking Simpsons Bay.
Helm was engaged at concept and consulted thru the design of the project, ownership structure, usage calendar and sales and marketing.
Blue Water Acres at Lake of Bays
With the goal of creating a family friendly financially accessible lakefront Muskoka cottage opportunity, Helm was engaged to consult on design, market research, structure and sales and marketing launch.
The project has proven to be a great option for famiies and fraction sales were very well received with cottages soldout in one season.
The Fives .. Playa del Carmen, Mexico
The Fives is a hospitality project sold to consumers in a condo-hotel model. With the hotel guests coming from a wide income domographic, sales were stalled.
Helm was engaged to create a lower priced entry point, fractional concept to drive greater sales from the hotel guests. Enagement included fractional model, usage and sales strategy.
Cottages at Windermere House
This project is adjacent to the historic lake front Windermere House Hotel in Muskoka, Canada. Built on the shores of Lake Rosseau, the hotel has been welcoming guests since 1870.
The owners of Windermere House wanted to provide their clientelle with family friendly, luxury lakefront cottages. Constrained by land size, this was a small 6 cottage project.

The Cottages at Port Stanton
Located on Sparrow Lake in Muskoka, Helm was engaged to assist with relaunching the project after a downturn in the real estate market and stagnation of sales.
Marketing and sales strategies were refreshed and the project was sold out.
Touchstone Resort on Lake Muskoka
This project was fortunate to have an expansive lakefront location with elevated building sites for spectacular lake views. With the initial hotel concept being challenged, Helm was consulted and engaged to create a feasibility study and usage calendar for the eventual fractional concept.
